Job description.
In this role you will assist customers with financial transactions such as check processing, bill payments,  precious metals dealing, debt collection, cash payouts, and cash collection. The role utilizes a computer for most tasks. A good understanding of the internet and computers is required. Some basic computer networking and troubleshooting will be needed after some training. You will make many phone calls to banks, and partner organizations.
